Daphne Starr Barnes was the first child born to Vivian Almeta Beckham, Barnes, Williamson and Joseph Louis Barnes. She passed away two weeks before her 13th birthday. She was a loving child and was really loved by everyone, especially her Grand Mother Bettie Forbes Beckham.
